Private support tickets at the click of a button, voice rooms that spawn and vanish on their own, and a golem that never forgets a birthday.

Some features aren't glamorous; they're just the difference between a server that feels managed and one that feels chaotic. This is that kit.

Tickets: support without the DM chaos

Post a "Need help?" panel in a channel. A member clicks the button and gets a private channel shared only with them, your staff role, and the bot — their issue, their thread, no crosstalk. Staff close it with a button when resolved; the channel locks, renames, and can be deleted with one more click. Cooldowns and per-member limits stop button-mashers, and open tickets are listed in the dashboard so nothing slips.

Voice rooms that clean up after themselves

Designate one voice channel as the hub. Anyone who joins it instantly gets their own room — named after them, created on the spot — and is moved in automatically. The owner can rename it and move friends in; when the last person leaves, the room deletes itself. Infinite voice channels, zero channel-list clutter.

Birthdays, remembered

Members register once with /birthday set, and on the day, the golem celebrates them in your chosen channel. It's a tiny feature that produces a disproportionate amount of warmth — a server that remembers your birthday is a server you don't leave. (Yes, February 29th is handled.)
