Privacy Policy

What we store

Account data: when you log in with Discord we store your Discord user ID, username, avatar hash, and (only if granted) email address.
Server data: server ID, name, icon, and the configuration admins set in the dashboard.
Leveling data: per-server XP totals, levels, and message counts per member. We do not store the text of regular chat messages for leveling — only that a message occurred.
AI chat: messages you deliberately send to the assistant (mentions or its channel) are processed by our AI infrastructure solely to generate a reply, with a short rolling context kept temporarily. We don't build profiles from it.
Moderation data: warnings and moderation actions recorded by server moderators (reason, moderator, timestamp).
Whitelabel tokens: bot tokens provided for whitelabel are stored AES-256-GCM encrypted and are never displayed back.
Wallet data: if you link a Solana wallet, we store its public address (verified by a signed message). We never see, ask for, or store private keys or seed phrases. Community-token transfers are recorded (recipient address, amount, requesting admin) — note that blockchain transactions are inherently public.
Cookies: a session cookie after login. No advertising or tracking cookies.

What we don't do

We don't sell data, don't run ads, don't train AI models on your messages, and never ask for your Discord password or personal account token.

Retention & deletion

Server data is deleted on request by the server owner; kicking the bot stops all collection immediately. To delete your account data, email us from the Discord-linked address.

Processors & transfers

The service is hosted in the European Union. Messages deliberately sent to the assistant are processed by our AI infrastructure partners solely to generate the reply — nothing else leaves the service.
