Social alerts: announce YouTube, Twitch, and RSS the moment it happens

New uploads, going-live moments, and blog posts announced automatically — plus rich embeds, scheduled messages, and server stats.

If your community orbits a creator — or is one — the worst message is the one nobody posted: the upload that went unannounced, the stream that started to an empty chat. GolemHQ watches for you.

Three sources, one announcement channel

Hook up a YouTube channel (ID or @handle), a Twitch login, or any RSS/Atom feed, pick the Discord channel, and the bot checks every five minutes. New video, going live, new post — announced with a link, in your own words if you set a custom template. Only new activity is announced: adding an alert never floods the channel with a backfill, and announcements never ping @everyone.

Self-healing by design

Feeds break, streams rename, links rot. Alerts that keep failing pause themselves instead of erroring forever, and the dashboard shows exactly which alert paused so you can fix the source and resume with one click.

The rest of the megaphone

The announcements module rounds it out: compose rich embeds from the dashboard (title, description, color, images) and send them to any channel, or schedule recurring messages — rules reminders, weekly event pings, partner shoutouts — on any interval. Then watch the statistics page tell you whether it's working: messages per day, top chatters, XP totals, all live.
