Moderation with receipts: warns, mutes, and automod that remembers
The full mod toolkit — /warn /mute /kick /ban — with a permanent infraction history, a mod log, and banned-word automod.
Good moderation isn't about the hammer — it's about the paper trail. GolemHQ ships the full toolkit as slash commands — /warn, /mute, /unmute, /kick, /ban — and every action lands in a permanent infraction record: who, whom, when, why.
The record is the point
/infractions @member shows the history in seconds, so decisions stop being vibes. Is this their first slip or their fifth warning this month? Different answers, different actions — and when a ban gets questioned, the receipts are right there. Warned members get a DM, timeouts run on Discord's native system, and everything mirrors to your mod-log channel if you set one.
Automod for the obvious stuff
Maintain a banned-words list in the dashboard (one word or phrase per line, whole-word matching so "class" doesn't trip an "ass" filter) and the bot deletes matches on sight, logs the hit, and keeps your mods asleep. Members with Manage Messages are exempt — trust your staff.
Permissions stay in Discord
Mod commands respect Discord's own permission model: only members who can kick can /kick, only those who can moderate can /mute. GolemHQ adds memory and consistency to moderation — it never adds power that wasn't already granted.
