Per-user cooldowns, a daily per-server budget, no @everyone pings ever, no access to commands or settings, image limits — the golem can be the funniest member of your server precisely because it can't be the most dangerous one. Free servers get a real daily allowance; Premium raises it to 300 chats a day.
